What is it like to experience psychological pain and physical pleasure simultaneously? Can one alleviate or aggravate the other? How do the two experiences travel through our neurological pathways and leave either immediate or long lasting impact?
My Only Sin depicts a female figure who is masturbating while crying. The pleasure is at her fingertip, vibrating around her genitalia. The pain is in her heart, torturing her to tears. Both activities result in excreted liquid from her body.
